Hi, Just got my pool and spa. I don’t like the spa air blower and was expecting water jet like a jacuzzi. Spa blower just gets water splashing. How do I change this? Thanks.

Our pool was just gunite few weeks ago and there are only 3 pipes for the scruppers. The pipes are underground. Only the equipment pad has pipings above ground.
