Well my power center is getting power when the pump is running. I just used a voltage tester. Just a pen, not a meter. Still no lights on the cell. I replaced the fuse again just in case. My model is pre green light. Any other reason a new cell would have no lights? Power center is 23 years...

Thanks Jim. It is connected to an Aqualink Rs. I do not control the Intellichlor through the aqualink. It just comes on with the pump and I control the % with the buttons on the cell. No Intellichem.

Thanks. No leaks. Reaching in with my hand I feel no debris in the small area I can feel. I was hoping to avoid taking it apart but maybe I can give it a go tomorrow. I obviously would rather not spend the money on replacing it but I guess it's around it's expected life span.
