120V plug controller for connection to Jandy Iaqualink?

Team, I have a 120V plug on the side of my Jandy box and I'd like to plug 4, maybe 5 strings (FEIT Costco LED strings that I'll run along my perimeter fence) daisy chained together (about 120W Max, with each string being 24W ) into one of the plugs, but was thinking it would be cool to have...

Startup Underway and Need some Help

Hi Gang, I am on day 5 of startup for my new pool remodel. I went with NPT stonescapes mini pebble in Aqua White (with 6 bags of Puerto Rico glass and Abalone shells). It came out gorgeous. I hired a company to do startup and when he didn't show on 1st day and on the second day only added...

Question about SWG for Inground Pool/Spa Combo

Thanks for the replies. That is what my gut said. Yes, I have a spillover spa, so when the pool is running 8 hours a day it runs over from the spa into the pool. When in spa mode it just recirculates to the spa with no spillover. Every now and then we leave the spa running for multiple hours (at...

Question about SWG for Inground Pool/Spa Combo

So I have a 17k pool and bought the Circupool RJ-45. My controller is a Jandy Iaqualink 2.0. I was about to hook up the RJ-45 until a pool professional said when I have the spa running in spa mode it would produce too much chlorine since the RJ-45 does not talk to the Jandy system. He mentioned...

HELP!!! Stonescapes Rep recommends Zero Alk Acid wash to remove Abalone stains!!

Did you ever get this resolved? We are thinking of adding abalone to our Stonescapes mini pebble with Puerto Rico blend (3 bags) and will definitely not so it if the alalone has even a slight chance of staining?

Aqua Cool vs Aqua White....and to Puerto Rico blend or not?

Sorry for the confusion. You can choose 1, 2, or 3 bags of the beads in the small variety.

    Advice and help on re-plastering.

what did you go with? Photos? We are close to choosing final medium. Leaning towards Stonescapes Aqua White with 3 bags of the Puerto Rico glass and abalone added as well.

Aqua Cool vs Aqua White....and to Puerto Rico blend or not?

We are about to do the same finish. Was yours the 3 bag small? Did you also add abalone? My PC said he would for free but I'm also hearing abalone may have problems long term.

Redoing my pool and could use some advice along the way

Thanks for the answer! So do you have the Puerto Rico small 3 bag blend of Aqua White? Also, I hadn't heard of any longevity concerns with Abalone, could you expand that? Definitely don't want to do that if it has negative long term consequences. Thanks in advance.

Redoing my pool and could use some advice along the way

I hope this finds all of you well. I haven't posted since 2013. Today my pool contractor will begin draining the pool (approx 17k gallons with attached inground hot tub) and chipping away the black plaster and tile, fixing a rusted rebar area between our pool and spa, fixing a crack or two...
