I did reach out to Integrity Pools. I contacted 8 concrete installers in the Harrisburg area, they were the only one that responded to my email about their service area. Unfortunately, it is too far (~2 1/4 hours).

We have had no success with finding a concrete installer. We are probably going to move forward with a 16 x 40 fiberglass pool and splash pad.

We considered a vinyl liner pool, but we are concerned about animals. We live in a rural area and between our dog, the neighbor's dog, ducks, deer and everything else furry and feathery, we are hesitant to go with vinyl.
