    It's interesting seeing the changes in definitions over time. I'm installing this as a "permanent" structure from my standpoint. I want it bonded, correctly, the first time. Again, thanks to all to help me get this right.

    Appreciate everyone's insight. The city specifies NEC 2011 codes, but inspection is not necessary. I was more concerned about the safety aspect. Is that an exaggeration with above ground pools?
