Sorry I know this is an old post, but I’m having the same problem with my new bluestone patio and salt water pool. What helps is if you hose off the patio every night. In the morning it will look fine. Here are two photos, one with the stains and a part that I already hosed down and it dried.

Omg, this happened to me as well and I can’t find anyone to vacuum it up. The pool company who built my pool said that there is too much dirt and leaves to use the robot vacuum that came with our pool install. Apparently all the companies who clean pools on Long Island are booked 1 year out...

I’m getting bluestone instead of pavers, but with everyone so busy they can’t get to it until January, will post photos once installed.

Can you please update us on how this went? I’m on Long Island as well and they are telling me that there is no problem with installing patio immediately after the vinyl pool is installed. I’m inclined not to believe them.
