Hello, When my pool is in “Auto” mode, I don’t have the option to control the speed of the pump using the speed control panel (1-4). It only allows me to change it when I set it to “Service” mode. What can I do? Thank you!

Hello, When I want to clean my pool pump basket, I set the pool pump to "service" mode. However, when I open the cap of the basket, water flows from the basket non-stop. Why is water flowing from it while the pump is in "service" mode? What should I do? Btw - I also have the pump booster
