This is second year for pool. I use the Taylor testing kit I bought from this site. Waterfall runs couple hours each day. Chlorine remains good at 4-5. Have checked with store bought strips to verify kit was okay. Still get same results

Alkalinity always in the high range of 100-120. Other readings always good. PH sometimes is slightly high but not out of range. Usually add 1 gallon MA every 10 -14 days to keep levels around 80. We have 22,000 plaster SWG in south Texas. Any suggestions? Is this normal?
