@jblizzle Thanks. I think that was it. There was a mystery pipe on the wall of the pool I capped it and water is no longer seeping in to the fountain. Really appreciate it.

There are couple pipes in the pool i am not sure about one on top of the skimmer and the other on the wall, which doesn't appear to do anything.
