Pool builder and I are not on speaking terms! LOL. Any recommendation on where to buy a new one from?

I have 2 Hayward LED Lights in my pool. When I turn them on they both go white for about 5 seconds, then when they start to go through the sequence one of them completely turns off?

Update, I bought new belts and it's doing the same thing! These belts last about 2 months. Do not buy this piece of Junk!

Only had the Tiger shark one season. Works good but the belt drives will eventually become jammed on the brush rings and stop working. Any fix or way to tighten this? The teeth are good and I don't think I would need new belts after one season.

Have a Hayward TurboCell t-cell-15 chlorinator. Getting the alarm in title. Pool is only a few months old. Any help would be appreciated.
