If I use the CYA and the bleach how would you recommend for me to distribute that? Do I pour the whole CYA container into the skimmer or directly into the pool water? And then do I need to wait a certain amount of time before using the bleach? Or do I just pour it all at once? I know I sound...

I didn't buy the shock. I will use bleach instead as long as you don't think I will need more than about 15 jugs of it. How much to you think I will need to get it right?

I used the pool calculator to try to figure how much borax to add for my PH problem and it said 1375 oz by weight or 1318 oz by volume. I don't think this could be right. My liner is bulging in corners and I noticed that one of the corners the liner has came loose from the side and I can see water behind it. I would like to know how to get rid of the water. I am just curious, because my liner is doing that in places also. What other ways are there to deal with it? It seems to be very hard to pull it up enough to tuck it back in easily.

Thanks so much for you help. We have taken the pump apart and inspected it. I appears to have quite a bit of erosion. We are going to try and clean it and replace parts that don't work. I'll let you know how it goes. But thanks again. I couldn't have done it without you.

It does have water. I think all the valves are open. The hum does sound like its running and just not pumping. What do I do now?
