Fix PoolMath Subscription

If you're experiencing issues with your PoolMath subscription, such as the app not recognizing your active subscription or encountering errors, follow these steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Restore Subscription:
    • Open the PoolMath app.
    • Access the slide-out menu by clicking the icon in the upper left corner.
    • Select Upgrade to Premium.
    • Tap the Restore Subscription button.

    Note: You will not be charged again for this action.

  2. Log Out and Log Back In:
    • In the PoolMath app, go to Settings.
    • Scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out.
    • Close the app completely.
    • Reopen the app and log back in with your credentials.
  3. Ensure You’re Using the Latest App Version:
    • Open your device’s app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android).
    • Search for “PoolMath” and check for any available updates.
    • If an update is available, download and install it.
  4. Contact Support:

    • Include the following details in your email:
      • Your PoolMath username or the email associated with your account.
