Fix PoolMath Subscription
If you're experiencing issues with your PoolMath subscription, such as the app not recognizing your active subscription or encountering errors, follow these steps to resolve the problem:
- Restore Subscription:
- Open the PoolMath app.
- Access the slide-out menu by clicking the icon in the upper left corner.
- Select Upgrade to Premium.
- Tap the Restore Subscription button.
Note: You will not be charged again for this action.
- Log Out and Log Back In:
- In the PoolMath app, go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out.
- Close the app completely.
- Reopen the app and log back in with your credentials.
- Ensure You’re Using the Latest App Version:
- Open your device’s app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android).
- Search for “PoolMath” and check for any available updates.
- If an update is available, download and install it.
