You may need to live with it until you have a reason to drain the pool.

Those were iron stains,I had some smaller stains in a few other places I was to get cleared with pool first aid by natural chemistry.

Don’t start putting magic potions in your pool without knowing exactly what chemicals you are adding and what they will do.
Thanks I will give that a try!That’s urethane type resin. There’s no chemical process to remove it. You have to drain the pool and probably lightly sand those areas to get the stains off. That’s not an appealing option as draining pools can be dangerous in areas with high ground water.
Pool stores do sell stain removal tools that you can hook up to the end of your pool pole. They look like hard rubberized sanding blocks or pumice stone. You could try that first to see if some light mechanical rubbing will make the stains go away.
