Do I need New Motor, Pump or Both?

My son's pool pump is making a pretty bad noise. It was frozen but I removed the cover from the back of the motor and turned the shaft and got it going, but again sounds horrible.

Does this sound like the motor, pump or both need to be replaced. It's a B2846 Centurion pump and 011511 WhisperFlo pump.

Replace the motor and the seals.
