PSA - Ive never heard of POOLBIDS in Tomball Texas, but my bank let me know they tried to charge my debit card for 763$- Twice So be on the lookout

I googled them and there is no info available about POOLBIDS and they don't have a website.

EDIT: Apparently as per the comments below, this company may be circupool or related to them.

Here is my opinion and best assessment.

The entire line was created in China by a company that reverse engineered the Hayward Aquarite.

Then, Pace Research Ltd. had the products manufactured with the brand name Circupool.

As far as I can tell, there is no company called Circupool.

As far as I can tell, Circupool is just a brand name like Crest toothpaste.

There is no company called Crest that makes toothpaste.

The company is Proctor and Gamble.

Maybe Pace Research Ltd or Pace Car Corp. has registered a DBA (Doing Business As) so that they can operate under the name Circupool, but I can't find any such registration.

It's a misrepresentation to operate as a legal entity without having a registered company or DBA.

The warranty card says Circupool Products that would make the warranty statement void because Circupool is not a legal entity unless there is a company registered as Circupool.

Legal documents have to use the name of the responsible legal entity.

Most likely, Pace Research Ltd has probably not done anything to verify the actual production and they have probably just used the theoretical potential production.

If Pace Research Ltd has any independent test data, they should make it available.

Pace Research Ltd can also provide any additional information that they feel will clarify the situation.

This shows that Pace Research Ltd is the buyer of the products.

Discount Salt Pools is a DBA.

The warranty uses the name Circupool Products, which might be registered somewhere as a company.

If Circupool Products was a legal entity it seems like they would be registered as the buyer.

So I want to post a couple of issues re: my CircuPool RJ+ 30. 1st and most concerning to me. The system is grossly incorrectly reporting the salt level. Ive thoroughly cleaned the cell and that did make a small difference, but it is just small. although I could not visually see any scaling on...

I'm looking for a reputable pool builder in the Houston area and ran across this site. They are suppose to obtain bids for you and allow you to make a decision. They recieve money from the bulder. However, they are suppose to only work with builders that maintain good standing with the BBB...

1 black ink pen is almost out of ink, so I would say 8 black ink pens.

I put in an order for a new cell on the cirupool website in Houston. Never heard a word back from them. My payment method was Paypal. Never heard from Circupool. I got in touch with DSP and ordered a cell from them. DSP was great.

Im befuddled though as the attempt to charge my debit card happened 11 days after I bought the cell from DSP.
