I have (2) JANDY PRO SERIES LAMINAR JET W/ RGBW 2,170LID & 100' CORD

powered by a ePump 2.7 HP Variable-Speed Pump, 115/208-230 VAC, 2 Aux Relays, SpeedSet Controller

if the pump is off for a while when i fire up my laminars they will make it to the pool, if i ramp up the RPM pretty high 3,000 RPM +, working perfect, but over the time span of about 10 minutes they gradually get weaker and weaker to where my laminers shoot onto my pool deck and dont even get to the pool. Its almost like the head pressure is building up on the pump or something. I cannot figure out whats going on. I thought I bought the best of the best

Any ideas? do I have the wrong pump for these?

No there is not filter on the waterfall/laminar circuit, its on its own seperate pump thats not running through the sand filter. could be a debris issue? pool guy has cleaned the screens on the laminars a couple times, but i guess technically if debris is coming into the main drain, it could be flowing into the laminars because its not filtered. do people put multiple filters on pools? whats the proper way

Laminars need to be receiving filtered water. Like a 75 sq ft min size cartridge filter. The paperwork provided with it will insist on that water to the laminar being filtered.
