I have wanted to remain with a cordless robot mostly because I rely on my solar surface skimmer and my old Polaris 280 didn’t work well with it. But the expense of really great cordless cleaners is more than I want to spend. I am considering the black pearl even though it has a floating battery. I like the idea of taking the battery inside to recharge it (versus the entire bot). Does anyone have experience with this unit? It seems versatile and cost effective.
