Intellitouch i10+3D Spa circuit

someone suggested I bypass the relay to get power to the pump. I gave done so and the pump has power and communication but the intellitouch will still not turn on the pump. I am now thinking the i10+3d is faulty so unless folks have another idea, I am back to the intellicenter upgrades. I have an older than 2012 system with an i10x expansion card, so what do I need?

You need to plan out your connections to the IntelliCenter cards.

Intelliflo VSF for pool, Intelliflo VS+SVRS for spa, 4 Intellibrites in the pool, 1 intellibrite in the spa, SAVI light set in spillway, 2 blowers for spa, multiple lighting circuits either direct 120 or to 12v transformers, is10 spa side remote, mobile touch wireless, 2 520285 valve actuator modules (on each of i10+3d and i10x although the one on the i10+3d is not being used). Valves actuators for slide, bubblers and spa spillway are used. Valve acuators for cleaner has never been used and valve acuators for uppper and lower spa jets that I do not use. There is also an autopilot total control salt cell but wired to the panel but not the automation

It sounds like you need the i10D to upgrade with the 522038Z Valve Expansion Module.

Thank you ajw22.
Will this system work with my existing Mobile Touch or do I need a new controller? As it will be hard to direct wire ethernet and it is a bit far from my wireless routers do I need something else to boost wireless range?

You will need a new wireless controller unless you want to use the Pentair Home app on a phone or tablet.

The kit comes with a 900MHZ Wireless link to connect to your home network. It should have the similar range of your wireless controller.

Confirm which kit you need by the circuit breaker cutout on the right.
