Hi All. Has anyone had this issue where the light function is stuck in limbo, it only shows the thinking spinning circle where “on” should be in app? And you can’t turn the light on? It says, “15 seconds of white light”, but nothing is happening and I get the thinking spinning circle of death. It’s been stuck on this for weeks. Just for the spa, the pool light works normally. Attached a couple pics from unit and the app. Thanks for the help!
Jim

Turn the omni off on the controller. It will say safe to power off after you touch the power button then turn the breaker off. Also the app gets glitchy after being open a while. Close the app on your phone.

Thanks for the reply Chris. So, I powered off, reset the breakers, and rebooted the app to no avail. Wondering if the issue is at the socket/bulb.

There is no socket/bulb on an LED light. It has LEDs mounted on an electrical board.

I don't think it's an LED. I just moved into the house a couple months ago. When I tested everything, the main pool light and spa light came on briefly, then the pool light shorted and subsequently filled with water. Within a few minutes the spa developed the issue described above.
The pool had a 500W incandescent bulb. I plan to replace with an LED. As for the spa, I have not inspected it to see whether its LED or not. I guess I need to now.

You may have the light type setup wrong.

The tile you are pressing says it is a color light. Color lights are LED.

Go into config, system info. That will give you your MSP ID that you will need to configure your lights. Then go configure edit ,lights and I think the selection you want is Other or it might have incandescent I forget I never install incandescent always LED

Thank you Chris, I will try that. I believe I have the Hayward AstroLite II in my spa. Do you know an LED replacement bulb part number?

I think I found my answers. (My first in-ground pool so thank you for your patience )
Thank you gentlemen!
