New zodiac MX8 elite slow

Hi and thanks in advance. Purchased a new Zodiac MX8 elite and when we counted the wheel rotation, it is going too slow ( 10 rotations take 55 sec) Looked everywhere on how to adjust the flow to speed it up. We do not have it connected to a skimmer .. it is connected to a dedicated suction line . How do I adjust the flow to speed up the wheels on the zodiac.
On hold with Sofia but you guys are much quicker! Thanks

No, tried everything. Ended up shipping it back and got the Polaris eco 614iQ and it’s works wonderfully!

I get it. I didn’t really like ny experience either. I got a robot and never looked back.
