Note that sound intensity depends on the distance from the source of the sound.
The intensity of the sound follows an inverse square law.
You can visualize this by thinking about a sphere where the sound at any distance has to be spread over the surface area of the sphere at that distance.
The surface area of a sphere increases as the radius or diameter increases and if the radius or diameter is doubled, then the surface area is 4 times as large, which means that the sound has to be spread over 4 times as much area.
In any case, you do not show the distance from the pump in your video, so it is hard to objectively determine if it is too loud.
You need to measure the sound with a sound meter at different distances and then compare the sound at a distance from a standard provided by the manufacturer.
