Something wonky is going on… from the Pentair app on my phone, the heater will respond when I turn it on, but I cannot adjust the temperature. I’ve got to go to the heater itself to do that.

I don’t see how this would factor into it, but last week I was getting an E05 error so I changed out the stack flue sensor. That problem seems to be resolved.

Any ideas?

Dr,

The EasyTouch just tells the heater to 'heat' or not to 'heat' by closing or opening a small relay on the main card. This relay just sends the 24 VAC from the heater, back to the heater, basically telling the heater to turn on.

The heater needs to be set to full hot... and depending on the heater in the external control mode.

If the system worked before, then most likely you did not set up the heater correctly when you fixed your flue sensor.

Thanks,

Jim R.
