Hayward super pump over-heating

Look at This pump or you can get The bigger pump and keep it dialed down to be more efficient. Not sure if it can work with your cleaner which will need the higher rpms.....
Thank you for these. The price on these pumps looks too good to be true (good?). I don’t want to throw away my existing pump as the wet end is working fine and just the motor is going bad.
Also, I don’t use the Polaris 360. It was used by the old owners.

I have the 3hp version working in a pool very well.

@JamesW I should have closed this thread with what I ended up doing, but hey now I can review this 1 year later :)
I installed the Neptune motors NPTT165 VSP. I used it because it's a 110VAC pump and I don't have 208V coming to the pool.
I haven't had any issues with this motor, since last year. I still use my Hayward Super pump's wet end. I replaced the impeller and the seals when I changed the motor.
I run the pump for most of the day at about 1900 RPM, which uses less than 200W. Turn it upto 2800RPM for the heater and at clean mode (max RPM), when I need to mix bleach or just get a good surface skim.
Electricity bill has significantly dropped since I switched to a VSP, with a scheduler. I was a noob running the old Haywards super pump (FS) all day all summer long :p
Thanks again for all the help and guidance!
