intex auto vac to hook up

We need more info before we can answer that question. What kind of pool, and what size is your return? What is the size of the item you are holding?

I didn't mean to start an entire new thread, I posted on someone elses post and I think because it was old, it created a new one. I will post below the issue I am having. Thank you for any help.

Hello, I have been reading on here after trying to find this for a couple of weeks and I think you guys have the answer. I am putting the links that I have been reading:

Is there an adapter to allow one to swap out the original Intex return to a Hayward eveball and STILL be able to run the Intex Robot? TIA!!

Attached are pictures of what I have. I believe this picture I found on here is what I need, can anyone clarify? The picture from amazon is what I think I need, is this correct? The 2nd one is the type of return on my pool (Except I can't unscrew the ball on the one in the pool, does it definitely come off, this is a spare?) The other thing in the 2nd picture is what came with the Intex vacuum and it is what I need to adapt to my current pool.

Any help anyone has would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Well I ordered the part and it is way to small for my vacuum fitting. Anyone have any ideas? I've looked for an adapter for my adapter and can't find one.

Yes. The thing on the right is what I need to hook up to. It appears to be a 3.5" intex fitting.

I’d replace it with a standard Hayward return, then use the hack CT-Steven showed you.

I’ve ordered a part on Amazon if it works I will post it. FYI- I got this pump with Amazon days at $75 so I can spend a little more. Excellent pump for $75.

This works however I am going to have to make the hole in the pool wider, only the first rung fit through it.
