Tons of rain and need suggestions please

It’s rained upon rain . I was constantly draining pool . It has been crazy weather . My numbers changed considerably. Here they are and I have a few questions please .
Fc 2.5 ( I added 35 oz 12.5 bleach ) already
Ta is 50
Cya 20 or Lower I added the whole bottle and still seen dot ( faintly )
Ph my dad says 7.2 I say 7.6
My questions are this
1. Is alkalinity up the same as baking soda ? The bucket says sodium hydrogen carbonate . Pool math says baking soda
2. To raise cya can/should I use left over chlorine tabs that have stabilizer ?
3 will the alkalinity up raise ph ? I want to use alkalinity up because I already paid for it and don’t want to waste money . I moving forward just do what pool math suggests .

pH 7.3-7.4

Your pH and TA are ok. Leave them alone.

Just add dry stabilizer using the sock method.

Using your Trichlor tablets will add acid which will lower your pH and TA to where you need to raise them. Then you will be on a yo-yo dumping in chemicals chasing them up and down.

Just had a look in a post of yours from 2 or 3 weeks ago where you posted CYA 50-60. To get it below 20, you would have needed to replace more than half of your pool volume with rain.

I suspect that the fresh rain water is not yet fully mixed in, and you tested still highly diluted surface water.

I'd give it a bit more mixing to avoid overcorrecting.

Thank you I will do that . But man have I drained alot of water. I’ll wait a week and test again

I mean, I wasn't there and don't know how much you drained, just saying that it must have been a whole lot.

Just have a good eye on FC in meantime, if CYA really is that low now, FC can disappear faster than you're used to.
