New construction

I was bugging out
I couldn't wait to try it. I opened up the package and couldn't waste the precious time getting sample water. No way. So I dropped the pill in the empty tube and nothing happened. I changed the batteries and nothing. I pulled it apart and checked the soldering and nothing.

Then in a stroke of genius (too little too late as ALWAYS) I thought I should try it like I was testing for real and that worked fine. I still have the red mark from the facepalm.

LMFAO. I believe it was @kimkats told me to practice until my chems are added and swg is plugged in. I may be going in just to check shelf and steps for hollow spots. Still need another 3-4k gallons also.

PB has still not started SWG. Once these folks are out of my way in a few weeks does anyone know at what rpm a t340 kicks on and starts producing?

No two rigs are the same. Mine works at 700 rpm, a complicated system might need 1750. Start low and increase the rpms 100 at a time until it kicks on. Add 100 rpm to account for flow restriction as the filter gets dirty. That's your SWG speed. (y)

Construction still underway. Any reason why along with my tcell940 they added an inline cmp powerclean? Is this overkill or just eliminating salt?

It goes orange (light to dark across the range like the yellow does) at 8.5 to 10 FC. It's far from accurate but a GREAT sign you'll remain above minimum until your next test. Maybe until the one after that too. Lol.

Around 20 FC it goes brown.

Also, TWINSIES !!!!

I am sitting around 20fc as of yesterday. Can’t wait till they finish add salt and turn on the swg. Concrete guy dumped an about 4lbs of clay and stone in the pool I spent 3 weeks cleaning clay and stone from. 😡

We were SO sick of dirt last year. :ROFLMAO: The pool was filled the end of June, the patio was finished the end of August and *then* I was able to tackle the yard. (Also all dirt). It took until mid November to have grass growing in 2/3 of the yard and I had to put off the back 1/3 to this year. I only had so much time, money and energy last year and all 3 budgets were horribly blown.

But this year was heavenly when it got warm out and there was no war zone going on.(Until I spread 20 yards of topsoil and seed in the back area, but it was far enough away that it mostly stayed there.)

Hang in there, you're almost out the other side .

My pb kept us under budget. Imagine that. She told me all the extras I needed would not be necessary. Shocked I tell ya. Left us Extra money for concrete even though we did not use her preferred choice who would have been done by now. 😂

Hate all the dirt in the pool. looks disgusting on a semmingly clean pool. The clay cloud is how I got to 20ppm yesterday. Turned up the temporary trichlor feeder they installed and dumped 128oz of 10%.
