I am new to my own testing and this is a BIG learning curve.
I finally figured out Free Chlorine. Now I need a bit of help with the CYA.
When I test the water, my results does not come up to the 100 mark. I round that to 150. Is that correct?

If your CYA level is 90 or higher, repeat the test adjusting the procedure as follows:
  1. Fill the mixing bottle to the lower mark with pool water.
  2. Continue filling the mixing bottle to the upper mark with tap water.
  3. Shake briefly to mix.
  4. Pour off half of the contents of the mixing bottle, so it is again filled to the lower mark.
  5. Continue the test normally from step 2, but multiply the final result by two.

Your testing is different from what comes with the test kit. Color me confused.

Right. I gave you a procedure to do the Extended CYA test when your level is over 90, as you stated.

So it is above 200.
You need to drain/exchange the entire pool volume and start over.
