For my 13,200 gallon pool should I go with the CircuPool RJ-30 PLUS or RJ-45 PLUS? My concern is not price so much but rather if I go with the larger capacity RJ-45 PLUS will it possibly be rated to large so as to generate so much chlorine that even if I config it to it's lowest output settings will it still generate too much chlorine for the eight hours a day that I am currently running my single speed 1hp hayward maxflow xl pool pump.
I had this pool resurfaced four weeks ago and have been keeping the chemistry balanced since PB disappeared after getting paid for the job about two weeks post-initial fill-up. Since it's been at least four weeks post-resurfacing I'd like to now begin transition to SWG for sanitation.
By the way, per the super awesome, helpful info on this forum I've used the NPT resurfacing startup guide to continue the start-up process after my PB took off for maintaining chemistry levels and have also been using Magenta Stuff as a sequestrant. BTW, I'm new to pools and just bought this house w/pool located in the Daytona area about two months ago.
My pool currently has an old pre-Hayward Aqua Rite SWG controller (circa 2004 maybe) with an extremely sun-bleached, old looking generic/knock-off brand cell so I've decided to just start fresh with a new SWG system when I transition from post-resurfacing liquid chlorine for sanitization to a SWG system.
I was planning to install a new Hayward Aqua Rite since that's what I have now but after reading many threads here and some independent research on my own have decided to go with the CircuPool RJ+ Series of SWG due to their reliability, reputation, ease of operation and long warranty.
Any advice is much appreciated...
