Hello everyone. Maybe someone has an idea. Every time if a wall of the pool, or steps, is touched will be coming out with white residue. Contacted numerous pool companies, not a single one was able to help figuring out this past summer. Always say all levels are good. Anyone dealt or know about this?

Never seen that before. I did just read something about biofilm bacteria in pools that leaves white flakes. I don't know if that's what you have, but there's a product that is supposed to destroy the biofilm so the sanitizer can kill the bacteria. I don't have any experience with using the product, so I can't speak to effectiveness. Maybe you could locate the company (Unique Solutions Inc) and reach out to them to see if that's what you are dealing with. The product is called Ahh Some. Hope I don't get in trouble for posting a link for it. https://www.amazon.com/Ahh-Some-Swi...onmentally/dp/B002WKSADK?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1

If you try it and it works, please share your experience with us all.

Welcome to the forum.
You have oxidation / chalking. Not much you can do. Eventually happens to all fiberglass pools.

I know nothing of fiberglass pools, so I bet you are right. It kind of like the oxidation of paint on old cars. I didn't know fiberglass was susceptible to it also.
