Energy efficient motor for Pentair SuperFlo 340038

I'm a new pool owner (and new to this forum) and seeking some help on inherited equipment.

I'm currently running a Century A.O. Smith B2853 Square Flange 1HP Up Rated Single Speed 115V/230V Pool and Spa Pump Motor on a Pentair SuperFlo 340038.

Is there a more energy efficient motor I could run on this pump?

ECM16SQU. You would need 230/240 volt power. Need to change shaft seal and all gaskets and O rings along with it. Can use your existing time clock. There are YouTube videos on how.
