New pool has been running for about 3 weeks now. I'm still learning the equipment. Pump filtered beautifully last night and has for the last 3 weeks. Woke up to Pump 1: Communication Lost and Pump 2: Communication Lost errors on my ScreenLogic app.

I have one identical pump for the pool filter and another for a water feature and jets. Clicking on either pump from the App, nothing happens.

When I click on the Pump Filter button on my Pentair EasyTouch, the red light clicks on, but the pump will not turn on. I still have power to the pumps when placing the ET into Service Mode.

When I click on Lights from the App, nothing happens. When I click on lights on the ET, the lights do come on.

I've pressed the reset button and no luck. I've flipped the breaker on the pumps and the breaker on the panel itself and no luck.

I can manually turn on the pump from the pump itself, but it does show a communication error (I suspect) with an illuminated lightning bolt. I've verified and tightened both the cables from the pumps to the ET.

I'm thinking of deleting the app and re-installing, but not sure if I lose all the settings.

I've attached some pictures for review. Thanks for your help in advance!

Looks like Auto. How are the fuses on the top right?
It appears the second from the top 2 pole breaker(booster Pump) is popped, cycle it.
It looks like you dont have a breaker for the SWG transformer so it could be linked to that breaker.
Try it and let us know.
If it does not work, open up the top panel and take a pictures please.
Also check the side CGFI outlet if its not popped.

There is no change in the pump display toggling between Auto and Service.

I looked at a picture I took on 7/7 and that breaker was tripped then too and the water feature has worked. I cycled it and it immediately trips. The PB still hasn't installed our jets, so I've never been able to test those.

Not sure how to test the fuses on the top right.

The GFCI on the side has a green light and I have my landscape transformer plugged into that and all is well. It is not tripped.

In one of the pictures below, one of those red pins are not plugged in. It belongs to the first "punch down" on the far right.

Your IC swg board does not have power to it. It has a green led light that should be on. The fuses just press on them, specially the one thats for the IC swg. The big transformer is for the SWG, can you trace the input side to where its connected?

I do not have my SWG powered on yet, since its been less than 28 days since water. Maybe the PB has left it unplugged and did not tell me.

Pressing the fuses does nothing.

That would be my best guess. So your pump has never been connected/controlled by the ET? You could connect the relay and unplug the IC SWG so you are able to control the pump with the ET. It has to be plugged to J8 so its the F button on the board.

Everything has worked as designed for the last three weeks up until this morning. I've been able to control my filter pump, lights and water feature and set schedules from the App.

Are you up to testing voltages with a Multimeter? You need to check the transformer input/output. Very rarely do they go bad. It could be the IC board. Since it quite new, leave it to the PB/electrician who did the job.

I might be getting something wrong, lets try getting @JamesW.
I found this earlier completely unplugged and I thought that was my problem. Plugged it in and realize now that is just for the SWG which is not powered on since I’m not generating salt yet. I unplugged it. Unplugged both connections to the pumps and reconnected. They were not loose and I verified they’re tight once again.
