Do you have a phone number for the company?

I think that they are probably fake.

Call these people below to see if they know about the company in the building.

Well it turned out to be a dead end. Signed up for an account per their reqs, put the swcg in my cart, went to check out/get shipping estimate only to get a pop-up saying "An item in your cart can not be shipped to the address listed".
What information did you give them?

Did you give them payment information?

Seems suspicious like maybe it's just an identity theft website.

Thanks for that information. Kind of glad I wasn't able to order from them when I think about it, lack of phone numer or customer service email, etc!

Only gave them my email and ship to address as the shipping cost came before any financial info could be entered. Good thing it appears!

Which leads me to believe they're real. They wouldn't have blocked the sale immediately if they were trying to steal from you. Imagine that......... to appear legit to everyone else, they wouldn't steal from a CA person without the proper warnings on the non existent product. :ROFLMAO:

Either way tho. They weren't for you. :)

There's no reason that they can't sell an IC60 to someone in California.

I would verify by calling someone in the building before assuming that they are a real company.

In my opinion, they are not legitimate.

There is even less reason they wouldn't scam a Californian, when given the chance. :ROFLMAO:

If they were fraudulent they would have happily taken her monies.

There is no contact information.

No phone number and no email.

Would you buy something from them?
It was questionable at the start, but their following of retail rules/laws leads me to believe they are a legitimate company. Not necessarily one I would ever need, but if the need arose, yes.

I user a similar reseller for original SWG replacement when the price almost doubled overnight and theirs was still $770 (?). They all but didn't exist either, you were the one who 'tracked them down' to a PO Box at a UPS store after the fact , but it worked. If I had been scammed, $700+ was worth a 10 minute call to discover. If the unit came and was a dud with no warranty support (before EC models) I could have bought a 2nd one and broke even.

* also, to be clear/fair.

Would I use this company to save $25 ?

*adult words* NO.

A massive savings or an item that nobody else had would be the reason to force me to risk it.

Can you show the link to that?
Evidentally you tracked them down for someone else (not nearly as extensive as here) after I had used them. It was a while ago so it's foggy. But I KNEW you were the one to locate them. :ROFLMAO: :goodjob:

I suppose that I am naturally skeptical.

It’s hard to tell for sure who is legitimate and who isn’t.

In my opinion, if you called a tenant in the building, they would have no idea who Waterworks Products is.

Maybe it’s a PO Box or some type of mail service?
