My pool is getting drained this Friday, making a few small repairs and then I'll be refilling over the next few days. When I originally learned about the BBB method from this forum back in 2015, I never had to do anything other than add or adjust a few things and maintain chlorine and it was easy to maintain. Since this will be a fresh fill, what chemicals do I need to make sure I have on hand?

I assume I just adjust my pH, get the CYA up some, and keep chlorine in it? Do I need to add chlorine to it or anything else as it fills up which I guess will take 3-4 days. Pool specs in signature

Well, my first question is to check your ground water and weather situation so that you're not going to get inundated with rain or ground water while the pool is empty. Ground water from a rainstorm on an empty liner pool can cause problems.
THAT SAID......
Just CYA, Liquid Chlorine and do you have any muriatic acid in case the pH needs a bit of adjustment. Pretty darn simple, eh? Cheap too!
5 quarts of LC (1 gallon + 1 quart) of 10% will give you 5ppm FC.
128 ounces of granular CYA will take you up to 40ppm CYA., Ideally you want to keep your FC 5-7 for a CYA of 40ppm.

No calcium needed since you don't show a heater in your signature.

Ok sounds simple enough. No heater. Crossing my fingers that I don't find anymore additional damages once this thing is drained. Liner is right around 12 years old.
