Can I use regular filter cartridges in my Pentair Quad 60 filter? I'm having trouble finding replacement D. E. filters.

I have a Pentair 60 D.E. filter that I'm having trouble finding replacement filters for. Could I possibly use regular cartridge filters without D.E.?
