Carlos got stranded in the bathroom.

Since buying a robot for the pool, I decided to get a couple Roombas for the house. The mop is Carlos, the vacuum is Jesus. Carlos somehow shut himself up in the bathroom. I got a distress notification and free’d him. My husband just shakes his head.

We have a iRobot vacuum. We run it when we go out. I get notices when it is in trouble. Pretty funny.

Well I thought he was being over dramatic. He’s pretty smart but don’t have a lick of common sense. I mean, just use your hand and open the door silly!

We loved the Roomba until the puppy fought back the only way he knew how, by dropping a bomb in its path.



It only took 2 or 3 weeks to happen. I completely disassembled the roomba to clean it, literally dozens of parts spead across the workbench. It lasted for 2 or 3 more weeks and I didn't bother taking the roommate apart for the 2nd time. He had to go.

Ohmygosh.... worst experience of my life! Had a woman in cleaning the house (1st time to meet) while her husband mowed the yard. She didn't speak English. While she's upstairs I went into the powder room downstairs and when trying to get out the door handle failed. I was locked in, banging on the door, yelling "Help!" at the top of my lungs. Probably scared the beejesuz out of her! FINALLY... Her husband arrived about 45 min later and removed the knob from outside the door and freed me.
I was mortified.

Yes. I think I’ll experiment with a couple of chunks of mulch. I have shih tzu but they generally make their statements outside. Cat puke on the other hand…..

I have two shih tzu. After the initial barking, chasing and then running away, they lost interest. The mop is quiet and that upset them more than the vacuum. I guess it was sneakier? Lol

My mom has one of those and there are six dogs over there. It's been a few years - thankfully that never happened LOL

I have four cats and wake up to cat vomit in random areas too often to even consider one
