JSON could not be serialized because of error: Help Please

Hello everyone. I received the "JSON could not be serialized because of error:" I cannot login in any mode (remote or local)

This is my first time receiving this error. I saw this was a thread back in 2020 but did not see a solution.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Apologies. Pentair, Intellicenter Control System, with EnGenius ENS202EXT and Pentair's Intellicenter App. The error is on my phone.

I was also unable to log in to Intellicenter online as well. It was saying the password didn't match.

I’m getting the exact same also. I’m assuming Pentair’s servers are on the fritz.

Looks like everything is back up and running now.

I had the same error yesterday from around 10AM till 8 PM. Works fine now.

I got a reply from Pentair regarding the JSON error. There reply identified it as a Pentair Server Error issue.
