Hey folks. I searched for info but most concerns how and not where to get. I dont want to get just a normal tarp from Home Depot but also dont want to spend $400 for the wrong item.
I have a 24' X 12' X 54" rectangular Intex Ultra XTR and trying to find the write cover. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey 65 and belated welcome !! The jury is deadlocked here right down the middle. A ‘pool cover’ is nothing but a glorified tarp, possibly custom fit with elastic or a winch system. The ‘good ones’ rarely last enough seasons to justify the 2X-3X price so the other half buys the cheapest tarp they can find and consider it disposable with one use. The other half (that’s 3 halves !!! My mother was a large woman) buys a good tarp or cheaper ‘pool cover’ and hopes it lasts.

Thanks for the welcome.
Yeah ...was looking at mesh covers due to having a large group of ^5$#* type of trees here. Plus the neighbor tree hates when my yard is clean in the fall. Uhg!
So...my issue is actually finding the size and shape. Swimming Pool Supplies - Pool Parts - INYOPools.com doesnt have any rectangle shaped covers in the AG section.

Yeah. Evidentally 12X24 is a super common oval pool size. So you taught me something today. THANKS !!

There is no difference other than Inground pool *anything* costs more. You’ll want 1-2 foot extra on all sides. 14x28 is a common inground so you’ll probably find better luck there. 16 X28 would be ideal for an even 2 ft all around.
