I am not at all sure, but I would say they look very similar to yours, and the fact that there is no rust with all that water makes me think so as well!

That's interesting about the liner fade, I wasn't aware! I didn't really mind the white, actually, it was just annoying when my iron staining got out of control, and of course any spec of dirt... but when the water had the iron in suspension and it was clean, it was very very blue water.
Oh, yeah, you guys are certainly right. It looks so much better. It kind of sucked having a pool that was so...ugly. LOL. The liner had stains all over that I gave up on, the coping was all faded, and the steps are dirty.. Just painting the coping already made a big difference, and now the liner. We are hoping to scrub up the steps as the final step, but refinishing them wasn't in the budget - did you do it yourself as well @
