Readings when connecting Tri-sensor Simulator

Hello.
I received a new SC-60 cell, new cable and Tri-sensor simulator from Josh 3 years ago. After opening the pool I was getting the WARNING LOW AMPS CELL for a few days and then got the CLEAN CELL message.
I had my pool guy come and he put a new Cell in for testing but had the same message. He tried a new Tri-sensor cable but same problem. He then swapped the diplay board but no change. He suggested a new power supply but didn't have one to try. I remembered about the Tri-sensor simulator and put it in line. It showed zero salt (put 280 pounds in so far and was getting a 2800 PPM reading 2 days ago) The temp reading was 78 degrees as expected from the simulator. The voltage showed 0 Volts 5 Amps which I have dealing with on and off for 3 seasons. The purifier showed a low level like %5 with the simulator. But when I unplugged the simulator I got the message PURIFIER OFF CHECK FLOW.
I removed the power supply and brought it to my workshop to look for some visual problem but didn't find anything. The capacitors were not bulging out. I cleaned the fuses and fuse holders.
I also tried measuring the DC voltage at the terminals on the power supply board that go to the Tri-sensor. When starting the system up I would get something around 20 volts but it would shortly drop to 5 volts and the error messages would appear. Another clue- If I wiggled the connector from the display board where it goes in to the power supply board it would click a relay and even after cleaning the terminals with tuner cleaner, it can still be erratic. One fan was dead so I replaced that today. Thank you guys for any help.

I would inspect every board for cracked solder joints.

Thanks. I wanted to do that but there are transistors mounted on the board that won't allow removing the circuit board to look at the back for cracks in soldering. I am thinking that taking voltage or amperage readings might give an indication of a problem.

IIRC you can unbolt the transistor assembly from the heat sink/chassis to release the PCB.

Dang I was so close! HA....I put it all back together hoping it would work again but not this time. Waiting for some word on here from Josh or Sean to see if there are measurements I can make.
You are right. I was able to get to the back of the circuit board that way but nothing visually wrong. By fiddling with everything the purifier shows that it working but still have the LOW AMPS CELL warning.
