Air in Pump Skimmer Help

I just redid the plumbing and Filter on my system to plumb in a new Filter. I also changed out the Volute on the pump(Intelliflo VF) Put a lot of Unions in. Removed the non functional Heater.

Now I have a problem keeping prime. Loses it pretty fast. Have air in the skimmer of the pump.

I replaced the lid O-ring on the skimmer. When I had the volute off, I replaced the large Volute gasket/o-ring, that seals the pump plate.

Today I put plastic film and tape around the intake pluming to the pump to see if the leak goes away or slows down. Didn't seem to change it.

I also replaced all the seals in the three Pentair valves on the plumbing from the pool to the pump.

Quite a bit of air and you can hear it running through the pipes to the filter, sound like sand flowing through the pipe.

I made a few videos if that helps. I also know that I used some PVC 90's and 45's that are not rated for pressure, so I'm aware of that, no need to point it out.

it will not, there is a leak somewhere that you changed.. you can do one of a couple things...

1. this may or may not work.. This stuff is amazing, I filled a hole in a 90 degree on the pressure side 9 years ago, it still does not leak.. Amazon.com : 2-Pack Plast-Aid Acrylic, PVC, ABS, CPVC, Plastic Repair Kit - 2 x 6 oz. Kits (12 oz. total) : Swimming Pool And Spa Supplies : Garden & Outdoor
2.. change everything again making sure you glue and keep the connection held all the way in for 15 seconds allowing it to seal completely allowing no air in..

I use rain and shine blue glue, it is strong and fast stuff, if over 80 to 90 degrees out you have about 3 seconds to get the pipe set before it is there forever.. :)
