Newbie, TF-100 kit compared to pool store readings

Is this chart saying if you have a Chlorine pool or a Salt pool?? That's what I thought, but somehow I think I'm reading it wrong. Sorry for being such a pain everybody. I'm a pretty smart technical person but this stuff has me all messed up, lol
The chart has 3 options- Liquid Chlorine/ SWG/ SLAM. All are different levels, so you pick which one you're using at that time.

A salt pool is a chlorine pool. It just makes the chlorine in the cell from the salt. The two charts are a little different because a SWG pool usually keeps the chlorine much more stable throughout the day. When you add liquid chlorine manually, the FC has usually dropped quite a bit from the previous day that you added, so it has bigger swings.

OOPS> I think I was supposed to enter BLEACH as the sanitizer. Here is an updated picture. So I need to add 2 cups and 3 ounces of bleach, am I correct? That seems like hardly anything. And is this type of bleach ok to use (pic attached)? It's what I have on hand

Check your pool volume in Poolmath. I am coming up with about a gallon to go from 2.5 to 6.
48 ounces of 6% bleach will raise your FC by 1ppm. I got that off the PoolMath pic I posted to you. Multiply that up by how much more than 1 ppm you want.

Yep I did, according to the paper the pool store printed out it's 23,243 gallons. And my bleach in the picture I posted says it's 7.5%. Please confirm
oh my gosh, I've got to figure out how to use this forum properly. Sorry I am a mess..
Here is my math results and the percentage of the Great Value concentrated bleach I have on hand. Also it's been raining all night if that means anything. I guess I will add bleach in morning after pump comes on at 9:30am

How much FC do you have NOW in the water?? And you want to take that FC level up to 6ppm, right?
OK....If 38 ounces of 7.5% will give you 1ppm,
Multiply 38 ounces x how much more you want in FC = 6ppm
You have to input your current level then tell it how high you want it to be...and it will give you the amount to add.
