New to the Forum - and a bit of a newbie all round!

Hi All,

I'm UK in the West Country by the sea. Indoor pool in a flat complex normally handled by our pool operator but we've been having an issue that has him stumped - hence I'm here to learn and maybe solve it

Not totally newbie as we had a pool when I was a kid so I'm familiar with chlorine and acid, and (as ours was outside) algae. However, that was many years ago....
