Thank you all for this forum, I found you guys a few months ago and have been learning a lot about pool. We are progressing nicely on ours, gunite is done, we are moving on schedule, with probably finish pool by mid february or earlier.

I am still trying to figure out which testing kit to order and the process of taking care of a brand new pool. It will be plaster with mini pebbles.

I already downloaded the pool math app and will go premium when up and running.

Suggest when you get the test kit that you test your fill water. Good practice plus you need to understand what is going into your pool not only initially but each time you add water.
Do you have a water softener. If so, need to know if that is hooked up to your fill water or not. Your test will tell you that as well.
Post a picture of your proposed layout.

Purchase 2 additional items as you can get them at a discount with your initial purchase.
The XL option which is extra powder and reagent to test Chlorine - you will need it come summer time
The speed stirrer - makes testing so much easier, more accurate and consistent

I see you have a booster pump. What type of cleaner do you have? Add that to your signature as well as your test kit name.

I have not pick a cleaner yet, still undecided so any recommendation is welcome. I will have to turn off the water softener at full time. Will get test kit this week and update my signature.
