Carne Asada cooking on the grill for tacos tonight.

Guacamole was freshly made as was the onion/tomato/cilantro salsa. I love flap meat asada style. I use a marinade made from citrus juices, vinegar, oil, onions, cilantro & Serrano peppers.

Come dude, its Covid-19 no more paper products. Those were recycled face masks from the day.

Dinner tonight. Sous vide steak, seared and served with sautéed mushrooms. Wedge salad was the appetizer.
