Test results post Dorian:
FC: 5
pH: 7.6
TA: 80
CH: 250
CYA: 20
Had to drain a little pool water in anticipation of the waters from Dorian. Refilled, brushed and vacuumed and these are my results.
Pool math tells me that my TA should be 80, which it is. My CH should be between 250 and 350, which I'm at the bubble of. I believe I'm okay with the exception of low CYA. However, for my future investments, does anyone have advice for where and what products are the best for Calcium Chloride and Stabilizer? There are a few methods, but I'd prefer to take your advice and stick with it from now on. I read pool school and am not sure where to get some of the recommended chemicals. Anything good at Lowes, Walmart or Leslie's? Is the clorox calcium hardness any good? And with CYA, I'm not sure what to use yet.
