Sundek installed after plaster

So we are ALMOST done with our pool. But they installed plaster last Saturday and today they are applying the sundek to the cement of our deck. Will this harm the plaster? It seems awfully messy and all of our scrubbing and religious testing seems for nothing. Is this the normal progression of pool building? The plaster, THEN the deck?

I'm afraid I'm no help on this particular question, but because of the timing of your build and your question was posted Monday, I waned to keep it active and follow-up. Did the Sundek get applied, or do you still have concerns?

Thank you! They actually finished up yesterday and our plaster looks fine. All of that worrying for nothing!! I can truthfully say, I am THRILLED to have our yard back!! ?
