Transitioning from SLAM to normalcy, a simple question about ph

I know very well that ph adjustments need to be done before a slam starts. At some point, the slam comes to an end when oclt is acceptable.
How much time has to pass before the ph can be checked?
 
Test your PH once FC has dropped below 10.
