Ohhhhhh that does look good! No GREAT!!! Love it!

Have you started bonding with it yet? aka watering it LOL Once you get tired to doing it by hand you can use a sprinkler.

It is time for your own set of links!

Make sure to ask any and all questions you might have no matter how small! We have all been where you are at one point.

Now is also the time I ask what test kit your PB is providing. Let us know so we can fill in any blanks.

Thanks KimKats!

Bonding...LOL... yes maybe a little waking up each morning and looking a huge grey shell that has engulfed my backyard.

Hoping for the dirt to go away sooner than later. Thank you for my own set of links:cool:

I chose Lightstreams -- Shell Beach in blues and greens to outline perimeter of steps and shelf.
NPT 1"X2" subway in Artic lagoon for the waterline perimeter and spa. I am a mosaic artist so I like Bling and glass. :D

Once I received the Light streams glass sample I knew I would never be happy with anything else! It is the most awesome glass I have EVER laid eyes on. High quality bling!
You only get once chance with a project this big and I didn't want to regret not doing it!:flower:

It seems as if we are moving in SLLLOOOOWWW MMMOOOTTTIONNNN now!

Drainage a lot of dirt moved around this week but not much more except another cutting of a line.

This week the internet cable line was cut, last week it was the sprinkler line and cracking of the driveway and oil spills by the cement truck.

I'm feeling a little frustrated with the lack of kindness to my property.:cry::cry: It seems like lots of "sorry" and then they know they are not liable because it says so in the contract....

I'm sure I am not the only person that has felt this way. :DI know the outcome will be nice but it sure is painful right now.

Looks great despite the pain. Are you comfortable with how the water will be diverted away from the pool from the uphill side? Tropical storms and thunderstorms can dump massive amounts of rain.

Thanks! Yes there will be a small retaining wall going on that side that is 28"that ties into the stairs. They also installed a 8" pipe to funnel the water flow with a drain box. Fingers crossed on that!

I’m feeling your pain about moving slooowww. They come once a week and do a little work.

Good to hear on the drainage. If properly designed, an 8" pipe should be plenty to evacuate water. I essentially have a 4" pipe on my deck and then a retaining wall with rock drainage and pipe behind that.

It's one of those things you'll be interested to know how it works but not anxious to actually have it tested.

We shall see! They have built a wooden box that they said will be built into cement box to catch the water into......
