You obviously need more help than TFP has to offer if you can't figure that one out! I have found it helpful to follow one of those 6,12,18,24 or 30 steps programs depending on how bad your issue is.

Yep, 100%. My wife thought that too 4 or 5 years ago. But, after so many years of a perfect pool she doesn't care how much time I spend on TFP!
