Ok- I thought it was a drink holder but now I think its a fountain -

Does look like there’s some kinda upside down jug or something behind it.

I thought it was a cheap test kit, left open and backing in the sun. But now I’m not sure.

Flower aerator so clogged up with algae it shoots less than a foot high and mostly just gurgles spits and sputters. Puttingbout pretty green algae laden water when it does though. Jump in!
